Yes, You Can Have the Time to Travel the World, Write Your Book, or Start the Business That You’ve Always Wanted
I know that's a bold statement.
And I know you think it's impossible.
I can see you, sitting there behind your computer, looking at your to-do list and your calendar, thinking about all of the balls that you have in the air and praying that you don't drop one.
I can hear you thinking, There is no way in H-E-double-hockey-sticks that I can do what I want to do for myself. I don't have time. I have too much to do for everyone else.
I call BS on that.
There is a more fulfilling and less frantic way to schedule your time and live your life—and you don’t have to abandon your responsibilities, leave your family, and escape to Bali to do it.
The Agony of Unfulfillment and the Misery of Being Too Busy to Pee
I know. I've been there.
Not too long ago, this is how a typical day would go:
1. Wake up, still tired from the day before
2. Immediately launch into doing things I don't want to do—hit the gym, go grocery shopping, laundry, cooking, cleaning, playdates, etc., etc., ETC.
3. Daydream about working on the novel that had been sitting on my laptop since 2008
4. Think about running off to a hotel or motel or hut on the beach so that I can sit down and relax and possibly pee in peace
5. Snap back to reality and get back to baking a zillion cupcakes for the PTA fundraiser
6. Resign myself to the reality of "this is my life"
7. Collapse into bed wondering where the hell my time disappeared to
There is a better way to live your life that doesn't feel like workworkworkworkdie
From Staircase to Stage (a.k.a. Why I Know Release & Refine Works)
It was a
dark and stormy night regular evening.
I had just finished another one of THOSE days.
(One of the miserable, unfulfilling ones that I described above.)
The kids were fighting bedtime, and I was fighting to get a moment of peace and silence to myself.
No one was winning.
And I surrendered.
I collapsed on the stairs in tears. Like big, heaving, sobs that shook my whole body. As my husband stood over me, absolutely flabbergasted at my implosion, I cried, "Something has got to change! My life needs to change!"
And in that moment, my life did change, because I finally stopped waiting for someone to give me a break and took one myself.
Module 1 of Release & Refine addresses the need to take a break
The Staircase Moment was the beginning of a three-year (and counting!) journey into personal development. I equipped myself with tools, techniques, and methods that drastically improved the quality of my life—AND the lives of those around me.
The first tool that I acquired was how to schedule and visualize my time.
Module 2 of Release & Refine addresses how to get your schedule organized so that you can gain clarity about your time
Somewhere along the way, I learned to let go of the tasks that no longer serve me, that suck my time or energy, and are ultimately unnecessary.
Module 3 of Release & Refine addresses how to slash and burn the unnecessary time sucks in your life
Over time, I learned to set water-tight (ok, water-resistant) boundaries against demands on my time, energy, and other resources so that I had the time, energy, and other resources to do the things that fulfilled me as a person.
Module 4 of Release & Refine addresses how to discover and set your Personal Core Values
Now, with little pockets of protected time built into my life, I started saying YES to the things that I wanted to do.
I said YES to joining a hula school—which led to performing on the most celebrated stage in Hawaiian arts in 2014, performing at the National Geographic in 2015, and part of a sisterhood that will last a lifetime.
I said YES to attending conferences—which led to speaking engagements, friendships, and business opportunities that have propelled me forward exponentially.
I said YES to a 10-week immersion program—which led to sojourning through Paris with a group of women who have become some of my closest confidants and favorite people in the world.
Are you ready to say YES to yourself and your Audacious Life?

The most affordable way to honor your dreams
Sometimes, it's hard to justify investing in MORE personal development tools.
You have other priorities, like groceries and summer camps and the annual vacation you take to go camping that you actually, secretly, hate.
You're afraid that people will call you selfish. Or maybe they'll want to spend the same amount of money that you're spending on this so that it's "fair."
But here's the thing:
At the base price of $47, Release & Refine gives you access to your dreams for less than the cost of dinner and a movie for two. (And is whole helluva lot more fulfilling than ANOTHER bro-comedy.)
Release & Refine contains every tool that I have learned or developed to clear out my calendar, set clear boundaries, and say YES to myself. That's years of learning and thousands of dollars invested, distilled into one handy, portable, and extremely affordable multimedia ebook.
And who am I?
I'm Lynn Daue, the founder of the Audacious Life Movement.
I empower determined women to step up and claim their Audacious Lives. Through my books, workshops, and programs, I help you go for MORE—more time, more energy, more freedom, more joy, more success. All on your own terms, and without sacrificing the life you've already built.
I wouldn't have been able to do any of this for myself without my own blend of tools drawn from linguistics, psychology, and time management. And now, all of these secrets are wrapped into Release & Refine so that you can claim the time for your own Audacious Life.
